With proper nutrition, exercise and a healthy lifestyle, I transformed my body and mindset. My training background includes Cross-fit, bodybuilding, rehabilitation and marathon running.I have been a personal trainer of 5 years and executive chef of 11 years. When it comes to chef quality meals, macros and nutrition, I am the trainer you want. There is no magic button or pill that can get you to your goal, it’s through work and consistency.
